Dirke does Global Theological Development for Cru. He serves on the President’s team for the International Leadership Consortium (ILC). The ILC is a network of 14 seminaries, colleges and management academies around the world that are associated with Campus Crusade for Christ Int’l.
Dirke’s ministry responsibilities include . . .
- Serving on the ILC President’s team that provides oversight for these 14 theological and leadership institutions.
- Providing leadership and faculty mentorship for selected Master and Doctorate degree programs globally through the School of Applied Leadership for Transformation (SALT).
- Overseeing the “Building Powerful Ministry Team” training in the U.S. that provides the team principles of leadership for all Campus Crusade for Christ International team training around the world.
- Adjunct Professor in the Ministry Degree program of Palm Beach Atlantic Christian University.

Lorna is on staff with Cru City with a ministry focus of evangelizing, equipping and engaging ethnic students in God’s Kingdom purposes. Cru City’s vision is: Kingdom citizens advancing the mission of Jesus for the well-being of the city. Lorna’s responsibilities include . . .
- Proclaiming the Gospel and discipling ethnic students who will impact their city.
- Helping Cru City nationally to have greater dialogue while engaging ethnic groups for ministry in cities across the country.
- Creating and launching an Athletic Academy for urban-ethnic, athletically gifted and at-risk high school students. An Academy that provides a stable environment from negative influences that will help the student/athlete to:
1. Develop socially/spiritually in character and leadership skills.
2. Develop educationally to be acceptable for college.
3. Develop athletically to excel to the fullest potential in their sport. - Volunteering with the Orlando Homeless Network (OHN) that enables her to minister to the underserved and to the staff of OHN as well as other similar agencies in Orange county where Orlando is located. There are more than 6,000 homeless teenagers in Orange county.
